
RETURN POLICY
1. Refunds will be given up to 14 days from when the product was received. Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order before finalising your purchase.
Please contact us within 30 calendar days of your parcel being delivered. If we don’t hear from you within this window, we’ll assume everything is fine with your order. Any order, delivery or item issues must be reported within these 30 calendar days of receipt. After that, we might not be able to assist with any problems.

2. Returns will be eligible for a purchase item which is in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
3. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If you opt for self-shipping, please use a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure the safe return of the item.
4. Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. If the return is approved, we will process your refund.
5. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase.
